Went there a year ago and it was an awful experience. I told myself I wouldn't go back. Well..... I made a mistake and gave them another chance. The restaurant was empty for a reason and now I know why. This time around 2 burgers and 1 fries was $38! Counter person was incompetent. I asked for pickles on one of the burgers and she said sure, then charged me for a order of fried pickles and I didn't get pickles on burger. Also their fried pickles we gross, they tasted like fish cause their frying oil was old or tainted. I asked for cheddar cheese and I got pepper jack. I asked for grilled onions and grilled Jalapeños and I got raw. The sweet potato fries had to be a couple days old, they were so stale and not edible. There was not a single thing that went well. Now I know for sure not to go back there. Their reviews are bad for a reason. Trust me. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

***Edited for response to owner**** The place is looking really run down. I wouldn't be surprised if they are planning to close. My order was simple. Made completely wrong. It almost seems impossible for everything to be wrong. But they managed. The cashier with didn't listen or intentionally charged for items I didn't order. Either way, same results. Overpriced and gross. Bad food. Old and tasted off. Sorry, but end of the line. Hopefully in a few months something good will open in this location. Nobody seems to follow up with anything here. It has gone downhill so fast since the last time I came IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: After your response, I understand why this location is probably failing. I don't feel you are being honest about compliments. This was a TO GO order. I got off work and I decided to stop by. True it may me my fault to assume that a order for a single person could have the probability of being correct. You may want to go ahead and show up to your place of business and train your employees instead of leaving them there to just figure things out. Your response, however, should have considered a TO GO ORDER being that this is the business you run, which provides TOGO as an option. I did not see that everything was wrong until I was home and unwilling to go back. For everyone: I got 2 burgers, fries and fried pickles. 1. BOTH Burgers were dry. Missing sauces that are standard to each burger. 2. Lettuce was wilted and old. Parts of it were so dark it looked black and smelled of rotten produce. 3. Onions missing from my burgers. 4. The fries were so old and dry they were unedible. 5. When you go in, they use to have sauces out. Now you have to ask and depend on the person to provide it to you. Aka, put them in the bag. 6. Tried the pickles were so old/well done, I couldn't taste pickles. They were completely dried out. I cound taste extremely old oil that tasted like fish. Whether other food is cooked in burnt fish oil, I am unaware. 7. When asking for the condiments, those were completely missing in my TOGO ORDER. So yes, I ordered 4 items. And 4 items were incorrect or made poorly. Why I didn't go back? 1. I'm not leaving home to drive all the way back. Just because you don't value my dollar or my time, doesn't mean I don't. 2. I was confident if it was replaced, it would have not been any better. 3. I was convinced that this location would have been incapable of resolving the issue. So I cut my losses. Now I know, I was correct. Instead of taking responsibility you chose to attack those that provide you with feedback. Instead of correcting the root cause of your problem. Which seems to be YOU. I hope you find peace when the doors close. Maybe a business where you are in contact with the public is not a good fit for you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We get compliments on our food all day long but you felt it was old and gross? we sell good food ,quality food and sometimes mistakes will be made but if you let us know we can correct them. If I went somewhere and my order was wrong or I was charged for something I didn’t order I would speak up not take a jab with a review after the visit Thanks for the review , your feedback was priceless.More

So I was walking around aimlessly, singing along to all of mayday Parade's sad songs as I held back tears from my broken heart.. (---- you Staci!) And that's when I felt it.. a rumbling in my tummy only comfort food and grease could satisfy. And it JUST SO HAPPENED that I was next to Burger 21! So in I went.. As soon as that cheeseburger hit my taste buds, I thought, "What even was the bit3h's name.." and never thought of that ho again! If this place can cure heartache, it can DEFINITELY cure your hunger too!
