Burger.Place

I'm sorry, but it wasn't good at all! We picked up our food. We arrived on time, but had to wait half an hour in front of the store and then there was no apology for why it took so long. Then the fries were also missing. My vegan pattie was burnt and so dry. Both burgers were not juicy. The homemade ketchup wasn't actually there and it was more like tomato paste. The salad (I thought they used crunchy romaine lettuce for burgers) was soggy. The ridged and thick beetroot slices from the jar weren't a hit either. The vinaigrette was missing from my salad, which costs €6.45. All in all very disappointing for the money. We were so happy, but we won't be coming back. Addendum to the owner's answer: When I called, your employee (who was very friendly) told me that eating on site was no longer possible. Of course I would have liked to eat in your shop, but I wasn't upset at all. On the phone I said “no problem at all. Next time.” That's why I can't understand at all how this impression came about. We got there on time and we had to wait half an hour. I very rarely give reviews, why would I lie? I can't answer why it was displayed differently in your system. I wasn't talking about the cheap iceberg lettuce either. I found the Lollo Rosso quite sloppy and unsuitable, so I had to remove it. Oh by the way, we ate the burgers after 5 minutes. I think you can still expect fresh salad there. I never said that your ketchup wasn't homemade. It was barely there and only tasted like tomato paste. And thank you for accusing me of not knowing what homemade ketchup is. I have been vegan for many years and prepare a lot of things myself. I don't use thick slices of beetroot from a jar. You just can't handle criticism. But that's not my problem. Best regards!

Hello Ivana, I did some research and also looked at your online order. You ordered at 8:28 p.m. and were told that it would take half an hour, i.e. 9 p.m., for your order to be ready. Unfortunately, this can sometimes be delayed depending on how many guests are there. This cannot be influenced. I checked and saw that you got your order at 9:10 p.m. That was also the last one to go out that evening. Waiting 10 minutes shouldn't be a problem when something is freshly made. I also learned that shortly after you ordered online, you called the restaurant and expressed your desire to eat there. However, we rejected this because we have an extreme shortage of staff and currently have to close at 9 p.m. My colleague noticed that you were upset about it. Many burger joints use crunchy but tasteless (cheap) ice cream lettuce. We use fresh lollo lettuce. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the fact that the salad in a ToGo box remains "crunchy" under a hot pattie. This doesn't work. Our ketchup is very homemade. Of course, it tastes different from industrial ketchup. Ours has less sugar, but more fruity taste thanks to tomatoes. ... and, yes, of course, tomato paste is the basis. Add garlic, onion, salt and a little sugar. That's it... now compare the ingredients on your ketchup that you have in the fridge. ;-)More
