Not only should The Lowline Lab be visited, but also Butcher Bar. The recipe for success of this bbq is its mouthwatering pork ribs, fried cheese and bbq sandwiches. You may be offered such food as good apple pie, biscuits and brioches, don't hesitate to try them. This place is known for delicious draft beer, Sangria or bourbon. It is cool to try great juice.

Invite your friends to Butcher Bar with a wonderful atmosphere. The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Fabulous service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. Prices are attractive for the quality you receive. As most guests say, the decor of this spot is divine. The latest Yelp reviews awarded this bbq 4 stars.

This place sucks. Straight up rip off. Try fette sau, hometown bbq, blue smoke, anywhere else people. Put this place out of its misery already

Kathy Your outfit is poor because you manage it and/or own it. If they fire you and/or you sell it, maybe this business and its workers can benefit. I don't even think you can manage your own household let alone this potentially great outfit....

My boyfriend and I were huge fans of Butcher Bar -- we dubbed it our "to go" spot whenever I was feeling down -- but our recent experience has us rethinking that. We typically always order meat candy, mac and cheese, and try out different entrees. We loved the meat candy, but the order we had during our recent visit was a huge disappointment. It's usually very tender and just falls apart, but this time it felt overcooked and dry. It was upsetting too because we brought his sisters to Butcher Bar to try the meat candy we keep raving about, and it ended up just being a letdown. My boyfriend and I split a smoked BBQ burger (with smoked brisket) this time and we thought it was okay. I'm not sure if it was just the kitchen this time, but I liked the smoked brisket in the philly that I've gotten my past visits more. Service is okay with attentive waiters each time I visit, and they always accommodate our no-pork/bacon request for the mac and cheese without a problem. Honestly, I'm just disappointed in the recent quality of food. I might go back one day to give it another shot, but I think I'm going to have to remove Butcher Bar from my "to go" list.
