It's hard to find more poorly trained and rude waiters in all of Bucharest. Arrogance is at home although the quality of the restaurant has been in free fall lately. The most beautiful thing is when you hear them cracking their American accent when they speak to foreign customers, it makes your ears bleed. The food is decent but the staff make the experience unpleasant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First visit to Caju, with good and bad. Good: nicely decorated interior; very good service, a somewhat more directive waiter, but in a non-obtrusive way; beautiful tableware, cleanliness. Cons: tables too crowded; lack of privacy; rapid and somewhat disturbing movement of numerous personnel; somewhat noisy, restless environment. The food: oriental snacks plus falafel - good, but nothing more, I wouldn't have it a second time. The quantities are tiny, I think the weight on the menu doesn't quite match, and that makes the customer feel bad. Beef fillet with duck liver: very good to exceptional, the meat very good, the liver as well, the preparation impeccable. But still a small portion. Warm Moroccan bread, very good. Good coffee, maybe a little acidic. 500ml Italian water at the price of wine - a ubiquitous thing in snobby Bucharest and which always amuses me. We left in a good mood, especially thanks to the good, friendly service and that beef filet with liver. What Caju offers is not bad at all, but the asking price is too high for what it offers. I doubt we'll be back anytime soon. Service: Dine in Price per person: lei 180–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
