Great service and atmosphere. Burger was bland. Kake shake was good although the cake part was frozen. Having been to Elm St in New Haven, Kook Burger needs to step up the shake game for the cost. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My first time at Kook burger & Bar and downstairs was a lot warmer then the second floor. My job had a little gathering on the second floor and it was very cool upstairs. I was a little bother because I placed a separate to go order and was charged a large group gratuity for my single order. I was told the manager was gone for the night. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Truffle, Tater Tots
