Enjoy good fondue at this confectionary restaurant when you happen to be near it. Find nicely cooked chocolate waffles, ice cream and cheesecakes on the menu. As many visitors notice, matcha is really delicious.
But the Yelp rating for Cacao 70 Sweet House isn't high, as it can be seen from reviews.

I would maybe give this place another chance, if their staff wore gloves. The young guy making our dessert used his bare hands. In the US that is against our health code. Don't know what the standards are in Canada. great menu and cute place, but you have to hire people that care.

The staff ignored to take our order, and left us waiting for 20 minutes after we paid. However, they served people who came after us and took some time to hang out with their friends- a group of teenagers that occupied a booth without drinking or eating anything. After we reminded them of our order, they engaged in an argument with us, followed by constant insults from their group of friends. It was a rather unpleasant experience.

You want to do better? Then take customer service seriously clean the tables hire enough staff so that each order doesn't take 15 minutes per item. Hire personnel with actual people skills and who know what they are doing and know how to make substitutions when they run out of something. This place will not last unless they tighten up their service and raise the employee standards. It is not a cheap place to visit with each item except ice cream cones well over $10 if I want ice cream in the lower Lonsdale area there are so many places in the area where I can get great ice cream gelato whatever. I do not have to spend my money here. I would likely not be paying as much for it either. Long queues dirty slow service.
