Thankfully after researching alot finally got this cafe which was serving Ros Omlette for breakfast. Cafe Anand was a busy place and saw Ros Omlette was their signature dish as most of the table's had ordered for Ros Omlette. Service was quick at this place.
We quickly ordered for Ros Omlette and Tea. Ros Omlette was very mild and flavourful. The Rassa taste was good which made the entire dish shine. With chopped onions and squeezed lemon it tasted brilliant. I liked it so much that I ordered for one more plate.
Overall I was happy that my wish of having Ros Omlette in Goa was finally fulfilled and got to taste it an authentic one from a well known place.
