We came accross this cafe whilst walking down the Royal Mile from the Castle. The staff were reasonably friendly and the food of a great quality and good price. Both of us had the soup and a sandwhich plus tea and coffee. It arrived promptly and looked and tasted great. A nice experience for lunch and handy for tourist trails.

Living in this wonderful city, I often forget how lucky I am to live here. The Royal Mile, the Castle and quirky buildings makes it a tourist mecca which is non more evident than during August for the festival but to be honest, you just need to step outside most days of the year and you’ll see tourists taking photos of just about anything.

Located on the popular Royal Mile, The Hub has taken over the historical Victoria Hall and accommodates the stylish Cafe Hub along with offices and event venues.

Tried the Grilled Herb Chicken with Fries which was good. The meat was well cooked and the fries were crisp.

The service was nice and the prices are fair. Overall a nice place to visit for lunches.
