Come here for some rest after a long walk around KSHA Hockey Stadium. Guests mention that it's fine to go here for the Indian and Italian meal. You can order perfectly cooked seafood, salads and chicken. Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide visitors with tasty jalebi and good kulfi. You will hardly forget delicious coffee that you can drink.
Many reviewers consider the staff cute. Service at Cafe Masala is something one can call fine. You will definitely appreciate the spectacular ambiance and terrific decor. But in comparison with other restaurants, Facebook gives this place a below average rating.

Cafe Masala is located in Eva Mall. The restaurant has a nice feel to it. It has an outside open area (not fully open air though; it has a roof on it) and an inside air conditioned area. Both areas look different from each other in decor but have their own charm. However I always like to take the inner area as I prefer air conditioning.
The restaurant serves only buffet and features a multi cuisine based spread. They have indian, chinese, continental and italian as well. The appetizers are served at the table and include both chinese as well as grilled dishes. There's always a pizza platter which is also a part of the buffet. The mains have dishes ranging across Indian, Continental, chinese and also has Biryani and Pasta. There's always a live chaat counter which serves reasonably good chaat. All in all, they serve well made food across the appetizers and mains with a good variety of seafood as well as meats. Of all the times I've been there, the best dishes that stayed in my memory were the Grilled Fish and the Barbeque Chicken Wings. Both are deliciously made; the basa fish is well grilled and is dressed with a lemon butter sauce and the barbeque sauce has the right amount of tang to it, and luckily for me these dishes were coincidentally made at least on 3 out of the 5 occasions that I've been there. Most of these buffet places have repetitive menus so if you happen to visit the place when they're serving either of these two dishes, be sure not to miss them. Obviously since it's a buffet you're ought to dislike a few dishes as well. But you'll like most of the dishes here.
The desserts are frankly the hero of the buffet. A rather large spread of desserts from the above mentioned cuisines is served. A chef makes jalebis live everyday and they also serve kulfi besides the regular ice cream! What more could you ask for!!? All the desserts are very well made. They have one gateaux made of any fresh fruit everytime. And every single time the fresh fruit used to make the gateaux has been so fresh, that it gives a different dimension all together to the gateaux. Most places say 'Pineapple Gateaux' or 'Blueberry Gateaux' or any other fruit but all you can taste is the huge amount of whipped cream; that's not the case here.
The buffet price per person could be anywhere between Rs.500 and Rs.650 depending on whether you go for lunch or dinner, on a weekday or on a weekend. But any which way the quality of food you get is definitely worth the price you pay!
