I love this place. I come here all the time because the food is so awesome. Only one problem, none of the employees seem to like being there. There's always this palpable overwhelming negative energy coming from behind the counter. You thank the counter person and they don't respond. You ask them how their day is going and they don't respond. It's just flat-out rude and I get so tired of having to deal with that simply because I want one of your burritos. I mean, I get it., work sucks... That's why they pay us, but if you can't at least halfway fake it when you're dealing with customers then you shouldn't be behind the counter. Just because you're having a miserable day, doesn't mean we as customers should have one as well. A little mutual respect goes a long way

I've only ever gotten the breakfast burritos and they're phenomenal! Packed full of delicious flavor and the sauces and handmade tortillas are to die for. I've shamefully become a bit of a regular. That being said the people aren't very friendly. The food is still worth it. I have been a long time fan of Cafe Mexicali! They have great options for a good price. The Creamy Habanero sauce is my favorite! It's a perfect blend of spice and flavor. They also have an amazing Key Lime pie..try it!
