Was invited to Café Rommel for lunch today. The last time was there 6 years ago. It was nice back then. This time it was more than a disappointment: an insect (fruit fly?) was crawling in my food. I tried to drive this away, but my appetite was significantly dampened. When I discovered a small metallic ringlet in my salad shortly afterwards, the fun was finally over. The food went back. The bill still came up. I don't want to know what happens in the kitchen when the food gets so dirty. Really very disgusting and dangerous to health! The grappa on the house and the apology from the (actually nice) service employee didn't help either. Never again! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
