Cafe Rosarita in Oceanside is our Mexican restaurant of choice. Never have we had a bad meal. We always leave full and very pleased with the food. I have several things on the menu I really like but the latest is an amazing quesadilla. I order it with ground beef and cheese, extra beef and extra cheese. Besides being so, so tasty, it is far more than I can eat in one sitting. So, I get a take-home box and get a second meal for my money. My wife gets various items, depending on her particular taste of the day, and is always very pleased. And also gets a second meal. We are "gringos," so keep that in mind. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the cafe has a very relaxed, enjoyable feel.
