Came in this evening with my daughter to pick up dinner. My daughter is 2 and insisted on coming along to pick up the food. We live right around the corner so I thought no problem. This is my first daughter and of course she wanted to be picked up on the way home, as soon as we left the food ripped through the paper bag and fell all over the parking lot! Luckily a woman named deb helped us pick up the food and told the kitchen to fix an entire new order. Salernos accommodated with no question asked and everyone ate dinner! Bless you salernos and bless you deb wherever you may be.
The pizza is mediocre at best, service seemed good but I called in the order to pick up , I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes which seemed fine but when I arrived 25 minutes later it wasn't ready and I waited another 10. I realize that's not a lot of time however I couldn't help noticing that the restaurant/bar area was not very clean, and a strange odor hung in the air. Worth noting it wasn't very busy and non of the staff seemed too concerned with cleaning. I don't like to criticize a family owned business but this place has potential, with a little more effort, air freshener some climate control and perhaps better business hours this place could be much better.
This restaurant has very specific hours so you should always check before you go. Walked there 6pm on a Wed night and it was closed. I recommend the cacciatore. The air conditioning could be better. The bartender (owner?) provided excellent service.
