If you want to remember North Vancouver Museum, come to this bar first. All the customers like wonderful Vegetarian cuisine at Café By Tao. Most visitors of this place state that tasty mushroom soup, pizza and falafels are served here. Good cupcakes, cheesecakes and chocolate cakes will impress you at the first bite. It might be good to try delicious wine or good bitter. Drink the great smoothies, latte or juice offered here.

Many reviewers find the staff efficient. Guests mention that the service is enjoyable here. You will pay attractive prices for your meal. At this spot, people can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and modern decor. But this bar didn't receive a high score on the Zomato rating list.

My review on Tao is long overdue. The standard of the meals is unmatched. Tao sets the benchmark without any doubt. We regularly visit restaurants and eateries and can compare. Tao food can be enjoyed by both vegans and meat eaters alike. Tao has become a weekly visit. With each visit the standard of the food, the quality of ingredients and presentation never fails. Tao deserves full stars. There simply is never a dull spot to be found. Thank you Agathe and Chrystelle for creating this exquisite experience!!!
We had Pad Bowl - quinoa was cold, cold and the size of the bowl was intermediate. They had good looking home made staff, but everything was packed in plastic so we couldn’t buy anything. Overall, it’s okay if you are very hungry.
I stay at the Pinnacle by the Pier hotel at least one day every time I come to Vancouver, and this year I was happy to learn of Cafe by Tao a short walk away!  I ended up going there three times while I was in Vancouver, and felt so *good* after everything I ate.  Having traveled through YVR amongst lots of coughing people, I swear the smoothie I got here helped me not get sick. Loved the health benefit options for the smoothies/drinks, and I appreciated the history behind how the cafe was started.  Given some of the signage (sprouted stuff is important here) and unusual ingredients in the grab and go sections, this place is serious about healthy food that heals the body.  I loved the dill cheese, kale chips, and the vegan cheese platter had some very good soft-style cheeses (in tiny portions).  Crepes weren't my favorite (firm and small). The choices on the menu were excellent, I had such a hard time deciding what to get, and I also was inspired to incorporate some ideas into my own diet at home.  Downsides is most things seemed expensive given portion size you get (however appears necessary given care and type of ingredients used), the portion sizes were much smaller than I expected, and the employees are a little hit and miss.  You can save some money by taking pre-made items from the grab and go chiller on the wall, and they had a big container of dill cheese there!  Nice patio seating outside and bridge that connects to it, and there's a little faux grass and garden cart area nearby.
