Out of Gong and Quinto, this is the best restaurant we tried at Vidanta. Food and service were excellent, and prices weren't bad compared to the portion sizes. It is also the most similar to the US in that the food comes out fast and they get you in and out of your meal with limited waiting time, we also found it to be the nicest/dressiest of the three with Quinto a close second. We ordered the following; Bread Basket - it is free and comes with an assortment of focaccia, multigrain, asiago stick, sun dried tomato cracker and one other stick. They come around and offer you oil and balsamic for the bread. We quickly ate our entire basket, so they brought us another free of charge! The focaccia was by far my favorite of all the options. La Piccante Salsiccia Fatta in Casa (380 pesos) - homemade pasta (you get to pick, I went with paradelle) with spicy Italian sausage. I hadn't seen anyone upload pictures of this, or write about it on Yelp, so I almost didn't get it. I am sooo glad that I did because it was amazing. Big paradelle noodles with chunks of sausage in sauce with peas...and it is actually spicy! I always order a spicy pasta at restaurants and this is one of the best I've ever had, if not the best. Pasta Alla Carbonara (410 pesos) - cream, egg and bacon sauce. This was delicious, not too heavy, and you can pick which homemade pasta you'd like with it. Dress code - people were more dressy at this place than the others, but we still saw folks in sandals and sun dresses.

Service is superior, aerials of the evening are mouthwatering, presentation is expert. Tuesday's is prime rib special, not overly advertised. Can't imagine a better place for a great meal, a special date or just want for excellent food. Not rushed, but service is quick. Cooked perfect each dish.

Absolutely amazing service. 2nd time back to tramonto and this time was ASTONISHING. our server, Victor, was attentive & polite. He gave us above and beyond service. Food was absolutely amazing and the portion sizes were big. Piccante was on the spicy side so beware, but still very delicious. The four cheese pasta was SO yummy and the salmon was perfectly cooked. Side note: we found our favorite waiter, Alain, now working at Tramonto. We were so delighted to see him after two years and he was still amazing, super happy, and very knowledgeable. He truly made our experience at nektar two years ago & seeing him again made our entire trip! We love you Alain!
