Got a mocha as usual, asked for single shot espresso. Saw he was only pouring half a coffee in my cup. £4 for basically nothing. Cheers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's OK but they can't make a good coffee. Stale oxidised beans sitting in hoppers all day and staff that are not making sure the grind is dialed in correctly meaning over or under extracted shots. Don't waste your time or money getting an espresso as it will taste sour and bitter and bare in mind that if you don't take sugar in your coffee you will likely need to change that for your visit here. My last coffee from them was so bad I bought myself a good machine and grinder and my home coffees after some learning and practice are 100 times better than anything they can make me here.

The atmosphere in this Caffè Nero is fantastic. Nice airy feeling due to the lack of a ceiling and the location is quite literal at the centre of Galleria. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
