Caffe Nero is a weird experience. The baristas have always been nice to me, but one thing that I don't like about buying drinks there is that they'll ask you if you want flavouring in your drink as if it's a complementary option, but it's not! (Just to let you know.) But other than that, it's quite a nice place to study. There's a lower floor with the bathroom, and there are ample plug points. I also like the single person booth seats that they have with plugs! Another good thing--the tables are all generally fairly clean. I hate when I want to do work in a cafe but the table is dirty! Regarding coffee prices, coffee, food, etc., it's all pretty average. There's a discount and an extra stamp for your stamp card if you bring your own coffee mug though!
