Like others said, the staff are rude and impatient towards tourists. Possible likely reasons: 1)they themselves have never left their own country to learn about another country, so they don’t have empathy and understanding towards tourists. 2) they are bitter about the overtourism and take it out on tourists In other words, if you receive this treatment, it’s not about you. And there are plenty of people in Italy who are kind towards tourists. hopefully enough feedback will reach management and change things. Service: 1
