Cake to go Budapest

Dear Dmytro, yes, we made a mistake. We were after Valentines day, fully overload and the cake was late cca. 90mins. We made a perfect cake for the children, and it arrived to kindergarden in time. We offered delivery, you declined. We apologized. The problem could be solved, the children were happy I think. I am really sorry that a mistake which can be easily resolved should be punished with a 1. I really hope, that the children, the younger genereation won't be treated like this, won't get shamed, punished, lose salary or job when they make a mistake, because they will. We all make mistakes. You also make mistakes. Sorry for this, we really did everything to correct our mistake, but you gave us no chance.

Hello, can you pls help me what was your order? I asked my staff and they had no idea (we always take orders which are due in 5 days)
