This place was chaos from the moment we walked in. First of we waited like 5 minutes for the host which was also the bartender at the moment, then we sat and waited for someone to take our orders. Our food took forever to come out and it was almost impossible to get our waiter since our waiter was hosting, bartending, removing plates with bartender, serving practically every table during brunch hour, and almost everything you can think of. In my opinion those 2 ladies were super hero. I order the Chan Chan drink which was delicious. Our food was ok and my eggs benedicts where over cooked and dry. We actually had the audacity to order dessert. The dessert took so long to come out that it wasn't even included in the check, since I asked for the check. The desert was actually pretty good with the cortado (Cuban expresso). If this review was to be just for the waiter I would give the a 10/10 but the restaurant get a 0. The give the a 2 because the staff and waiter made everything they could to accommodate us.#brunch #dry #badmanagement #localguide #chanchan
Delicious Asian - Cuban fusion place. The appetizers were my favorite and fun to share. The spring rolls were particularly yummy. I ordered the cauliflower dish for my main course and was not disappointed! Hipster drink menu will please those whole like that sort of thing.
Bottomless brunch cocktails for 90 mins. The entire table needs to participate, so make sure you all come prepared. They were out of champagne when we went so no cocktails with champagne which was a bummer. I even asked if we could sub the champagne for something else so at least I could get a quasi-bellini, but nope, no mods. No complains on the food. The service was fickle. Part of our party arrived for our reservation first and were seated but then a different waiter told them they couldn't be seated until everyone was present so they had to get back up and stand in the front. Then they were directed back to the table again and the rest of the party arrived a second later (still early for our reservation time). The restaurant was completely empty too so it's not like there was a huge demand for seating. A couple items were mistakenly brought to our table that was meant for another table, but really no harm there.
