Our family of six dined at Cameron's American Bistro on Sunday evening. The food is spectacular! I had the pork chop with clams...yes, you read that right. I asked a lot of questions of our server (and I'm so sorry I don't have his name!) and he told me this is a popular dish. It was incredible! The pork chop was perfectly seasoned and prepared medium. The clams were a treat and the au jus from the dish with the whipped potatoes and vegetables was in a word: YUM! Our grandchildren loved their chicken fingers and fries. My husband has his "usual:" Cameron's wonderful walleye topped with crab. My son had the special of the day and daughter-in-law had the lamb ragout and both really enjoyed them. We topped it off with the lemon dessert! Very wonderful evening and we had the best time!
