A place where you always eat well and comfortably. Although I personally prefer cards with a surprise factor, it is great to have a place where you know that the service and quality will not disappoint you. The experience is very different in the room than in the bar area. I have eaten in both areas several times but I prefer the room where the atmosphere is calmer... reviewing the review (2023/4), Cañadio's service has deteriorated a lot but the tortilla is still its biggest draw. It's the second time I've gone and I'm very sorry I won't be back. It's okay that if you don't go for a menu you have to be cramped at the bar, you already know that. It's okay that the waiters are not the joy of the garden... but that they make distinctions as to who serves what, seems crazy to me. We arrived and they were serving cheesecake at the bar... well, it turns out that when we went to order it, they only gave it if you ate from the menu. But after 10 minutes some guys who were next door and were not eating from the menu were served it (either because they knew the waiter or because they had ordered one of rabas, which is €16). Come on, if you spend €20 they won't serve it but if you spend €40 they will. Regrettable, really. We ordered a torrija that was served hot and mega sweet, so as not to repeat it. By the way, I was coming back to give the cake another chance, because the first time it tasted like Flanín. The omelette is good, but nothing that you can't find in other bars famous for their omelette.
