I don’t always give a five start rating, but when I do it was an over the roof experience.
Arrived very late and the waiter informed us that the kitchen was about to close but we already know what we wanted, Saltimboca. The Roman dish was recommended by Italian friends and this place as also highly recommended. After checking with the cook he said ok, and we sit in the beautifully decorated room. Asked for a “Spritz“ for the first time and was loving the drink when the plate arrived, with it the surprise on my mouth, the taste was amazing, so good that I will probably come back to Rome just to eat it again in this place.
I cannot point anything below than great in this experience.

Meals and the service were great. One of our orders has forgotten but they were kind enough not to charge it. Especially homemade pasta with pepper and cheese was delicious.
cosy place, really one of the better, may be the best place in Rome to have lunch.. so good
