It is a great joy to have this place around the corner from where I live. The best chippy in West London, without a doubt. Seldom does one experience such a high level of customer service along with great quality of food. Each time I have visited Captain's Traditional Fish & Chips, I have been offered complimentary chips to eat while my food is being prepared. The service is excellent, the premises are superb and one of the cleanest (5 Star Hygiene Rating). I am a huge fan and thank you to the wonderful people who own and run this chippy for the fantastic jobs they do! Aamir

High standard of fish and chips for an inner city chippy takeaway, generous portions, served by polite and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit when the owner gave me a small portion of chips and fork to eat as I waited for my order. Yet this wasn't a one off, it’s standard customer service and a lovely touch. I recommend the cod or haddock, both very nice and the chips alway seem to be fresh and tasty.

What a brilliant chip shop!!! Not only was the food amazing and fresh, but the staff were so friendly and so welcoming! It is definitely our new favourite chippy. You even get some chips while you wait for your food, what more could you want hey!
