I came in to eat with my family Sunday 3/3/24 and we were super excited about trying out Carmines Pie House. It had been highly recommended to us by our family and friends. We will NEVER be back. The food was good, but not good enough to outweigh our experience. We witnessed who we assumed was the manager (tall, older gentlemen with white hair) walk one of the waitresses out to the front of the establishment (there were families eating outside as well) and begin to YELL and curse at her. She was visibly upset and trying to reason with him and he just continued to become louder and more hostile. They eventually relocated to the “employee only” area on the side of the restaurant where the yelling continued and was still heard throughout the restaurant. At one point we witnessed two women actually attempt to intervene before paying their tab and telling other staff members and customers they will not be coming back either. After about 15 to 20 minutes the young waitress came back in tears and continued to do her job while we still could hear him yelling outside at another employee. We paid our tab and left. We came to Carmines for a nice meal, not a show. That manager needs to be fired and we will never return or suggest this place to anyone. This was a horrible experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
