Food was decent and the place had a nice ambience. My main complaint is that service is slow, even during pre-peak hours (Spaniards eat late). We ended up canceling a dish as we had finished the rest by then. Food leaned towards being spicy and sour, and they also serve a small selection of dim sum and what appears to be their main product, steam.boat.
Sour fish are fresh and delicious. Soy souce onion garlic steamed scallops are so good and fresh.  So grade to have hollow Vegi in here and satisfied my home sick. This restaurant are clean, dishes are authentic, delicious.
My family all wanted Chinese for lunch, but I am not a fan of Chinese food, as most restaurants I have been to in the U.S. are mediocre. I am so glad I agreed to eat at Casa Lafu. I loved the food. I got the Imperial Pork, which was tasted. Our favorite dish was a stir fry with lotus root, potatoes, tofu skin, cauliflower and peanuts. It was amazing. Get the onion pancake, we ordered a second one as our dessert. We are headed back for dinner on our last night in Madrid, and I would definitely return here on a future visit to the city.
