Casa Mono has New York face With an open kitchen what works until 10:30pm, nice menu, good options of wine, the place is great to a happy hour The environment was full but not disorganized, the service was great, food gets on time at the time On the menu, you can see diversification and a new experience of flavors. Whatever, my recommendation would be the Pork Belly, super tasty! I tried as well the Confit Goat (the meat was really good but seems the flavor of the avocado and the pistachio disappeared on the mouth). The Mussels with Chorizo was okay ️ Food: 3/5 Environment: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Experience: 4/5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Service wasn’t great and attention to detail was poor. Explanation of dishes wasn’t given at the start of ordering and the presentation wasn’t great. The tapas was nice however this restaurant does not warrant a Michelin star. Disappointing!
