Although I made the trip accompanied by my ex, this detail fades before the magic of the night we experienced, one that was marked by unforgettable flavors, aromas, and views. Upon arrival, the stage was perfectly set: the city of Bogotá below us, illuminated like a vast sea of lights, created a dramatic backdrop for a night that promised to be spectacular. The atmosphere at Casa San Isidro is simply magical, a cozy refuge on top of the world, where every detail, from the lighting to the background music, is designed to enchant. We were welcomed with a warmth that immediately made us feel special. The attentive and knowledgeable staff guided us through the menu with personalized recommendations that reflected a deep understanding of their culinary art. Their professionalism and courtesy added a layer of excellence to our experience. Our culinary adventure began with what we fondly remember as "prawns in fetishini", a creative interpretation of surf and turf that fused flavors in a sublime way, probably inspired by "Langoustes à la provençale". This dish, with its delicate combination of prawns and fettuccine, prepared our palate for what would be an evening of discovery.
