Where do I begin?! Came here to experience the spa journey for a friend's birthday. She wanted a high end spa retreat and this was the group's first time. Upon check in, we asked for a tour of the facility and all they did was point where to go and did not inform us of any details or history of the place. She quickly walked away. We saw another group and they got the details of the facility! Entering the spa room; there is only one area for lockers and changing area, which makes this inconvenient because there is no room to share the space. You would have to wait until others are done using their lockers to squeeze in. There are only 2 showers inside and 1 outdoors (which this was the best of the showers I believe). There's not enough hooks for towels or robes. They provide complimentary robes and slippers, however, the robes felt old and grungy, did not seem washed! The massage treatment was good. But unfortunately, I was looking forward to relaxing and getting pampered. I was NOT able to relax because my therapist talked the whole entire 60 mins. I tried to give her clues that i did not want to talk BUT she seems to be want to share her life and i get the sense she is uncomfortable with silence ‍ Upon check out, I paid for my treatment and tipped accordingly. However, my friend who was also checking out the same time was being treated with some harsh request, the employee kept insisting she tip the requested 20% gratuity. My friend opt for a lower % on which the employee insisted she pay the 20% or minimum 18%. This made a huge scene in front of everyone who was standing near by. The employee embarrassed her for not tipping accordingly! Overall, this place is overpriced, overrated, and undervalued. I've experienced high end spa and resorts. Unfortunately, the quality of this place is not worth the expense or experience, unless you don't care the value of your money! On a positive note, the scenery is beautiful and gorgeous! Sadly, I won't be returning or not recommend this place.

Amazing reiki experience w some serious medium magic. Francis was highly referred to me. In our first session, she felt my mom in the room, shared her name with me and was able to touch my pregnant belly and share what I was naming my baby!  She had insight on my children. Our second session, reiki focused, she called out my dad's name and shared my baby is coming fast. I have seen other mediums, and to be able to come to Cavallo and hear about my passed mom, children's well being, and future child....is more than I even thought Cavallo could offer. Book reike w Francis and tell her you want her "medium powers".

If you're looking to pay a LOT of money for a 90 minute massage and have it be cut 15 min short then this is the place to go! I'm so disappointed with Cavallo Spa. For being one of the top spas in the nation, it's truly sad what the staff does here. Both my husband and I wanted a relaxing day away from life, paid a lot of money and BOTH of our massages were cut short. No reason. No explanation. Nada. What did management do? Offer us 10%, which was a joke, especially when you do the math of a 60 and 90 min massage. Although they agreed to do a 20% discount (as they should), they also told me that they will chat with the staff and would like to invite us back. Said they'd get back to me about all of this and of course no one did. Cherry on top? My therapist seemed tired, stressed and not really wanting to be there. When I asked if she gets a break, she said all her treatments are back to back. So sad! I felt terrible for her and I guess it makes sense why they cut services shorter -- so they can get a break.
