First I have to mention that this is my first negative impression that I had in this place. In the past I was impressed by the good services they offered. I came with my girlfriend around 5 PM, the local was almost empty (at the second floor). I wanted to stay closer to my girlfriend, so I took a chair from the table near us. After a while, one of the hosts came and asked us to put the chair back. I told her that we wanted to be closer to each other and we couldn't move the armchairs from our tables. (this table was offered to us from the beginning, so we didn't chosen it). She replied with a sour tone (and the way she expressed was the most distressing in all this thing): "Yes, but you know...this is still a Tea House". Indeed, we had some tender gestures, but not in any way too exaggerated! Then we decided to move to another table with a couch, but after 1 minute, the waiter came and told us we can't stay there. I asked him why, and he replied that the table is for several people (it didn't had a "reserved" sign). We told him that if other people came, we will move back. Finally, he agreed (but not too convinced). So the attitude of some workers at Infinitea leaves a lot to be desired. The thing is that is attitude is very contrasting with what this local wants to express: warmth, class, customer-oriented etc.
