I was a regular at Chai point Saket. Shifted to gurugram a month back and ordered twice in a week. Both the times chicken sandwiches (my fixed order) were stale. Stale as in 2-3 days old sandwich. Use by date was conveniently removed as expected. Have never ordered from here since then.

Today ordered Sandwiches & Puff. Sandwich was good but puff was Very bad quality, No crunchy at all..it’s was soft like rubber..very bad..
