1st, their card machine was not working, so I had to go get cash. 2nd, chaii was over infused in cardamom. Couldn't taste anything else, 3rd, but most disappointingly, the falooda was not prepared like falooda usually is. There was nothing but the milk and 2 pcs of jellly, nothing else. It was the right flavour but missing those other key elements. If you can't provide up to scratch food, just close up and dont serve at all. Why disappoint customers? Chaiiwala is the stuff of dreams. Their omelette wraps and Cinnamon Karak chaii served with a smile are the perfect way to start the day. Naina is amazing, she looks after you the minute you walk in.
