Changcheng Restaurant is pretty near Marmara University Museum and Art Gallery. Degust nicely cooked broth, fried prawns and sweet & sour chicken at this restaurant. Good tea or great coffee will make your meal even more delicious and you'll certainly come back. Visitors don't highly appreciate ice cream and beer at Changcheng Restaurant.
The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. A lot of guests highlight that the staff is terrific here. Most reviewers find that the service is enjoyable. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are democratic. You will definitely appreciate the cool atmosphere and fine decor. But this spot hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

2 overall I was really craving for authentic Chinese dishes - this was one of the average restaurants I have been to when it comes to Chinese food. While it is closer to the blue mosque, while staff very friendly - food however is below par! To come to think of it, i couldn't find a good Chinese resturant in Istanbul!! Prove wrong!! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

After several days of turkush food we wanted to eat Chinese. We went to ChangCheng restaurant. I choose a soup and dumplings for a relative acceptable price, higher then in germany, but just acceptable. And then we asked if they also have fried duck and they showed us a picture which was without price. Assuming the price similar to the other meals with meat, we ordered the duck. It came without rice or noodles or vegetables or sauce, only with some cucumber & uncooked scallions at the edge of the plate and a kind of bread which was closer to dough. The duck was dry and definitively not freshly fried, the sides had been prepared some time ago and were dried out. The soup was tasteless and close to water. The dumplings were not the best, but ok, just cold. Next to it 1 Coca-Cola. In the end we payed 77€, of which 48€ was only for the duck! 1680 turkish Lira for a dry & old duck with almost no sides!! In germany you get a duck with rice and vegetables from 10€ upwards and it tastes wonderful. SO ATTENTION: SCAMMING!!! THE WORST CHINESE ON EARTH DON'T GO THERE!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
