We ordered four large charcoal grilled chicken kebabs. We got four dried out pitta breads with deep fried dry chicken (?) pieces. Honestly looked like they had been tipped out of a freezer in to the deep fryer. Sadly we had a very old friend round for dinner and it was too let to get any other food so we ate what we could of the kebabs and threw the rest away. When we asked JustEat for a refund they wouldn’t help us because we had no photos of the food. Real shame because I’ve ordered from this place before and it was good. It was actually cooked on a charcoal grill. BUT UNLESS THEY CONTACT ME OR MY WIFE (she placed the order) AND GIVE US A REFUND THEN WE WILL BE TELLING OUR LOCAL FRIENDS (lived in Loughton for over fifty years, so there are a lot of them) ABOUT THIS UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE.
