Excellent food in a "not so excellent" location. I'd heard about Tres Chaves for MANY years... I had occasion to go there for a business lunch. I'm glad I did. Great local Portuguese eatery. Our waitress was excellent, though spoke little English... which was fine and perhaps added to the charm of the place. The kitchen has a charcoal grill! It made a difference. The restaurant doesn't present well on the outside. More like a house with a restaurant on the first floor. Needless to say, our group was pleasantly surprised at HOW GOOD the food was. Everyone enjoyed what they had. I highly recommend going. (On food alone... 5-Stars.)
