So disappointed.... I have been countless times but this took the cake. We put our name in and waited twenty five minutes which was not bad but what transpired after was horrible. Server was MIA through much of the evening yes much of the evening as dinner ended up being a two hour ordeal. I ended up taking my meal home. Seemed we waited and waited whether it was to take just our drink order even though we were ready to order, bread, ordering, drink refills, meals, and a redo on my order as it was not right. We even waited quite a while for a manager to stop by who really did not want to do anything. To me 30 minutes to redo a salad was a bit much and given how long we had already waited. After two hours we had to get home plus who wants to eat alone. No one !!!

Welp here we go again : giving cheesecake factory another chance. I've been coming here since they opened years and years ago and it was better when they first opened it's been touch and go with whether or not the food or the service will be good. I had a reservation for 1pm for brunch got seated at 1:20 nobody came to check on me for bread or water until 1:35 and once we got that at 1:40 our waitress disappeared knowing I said I wanted to order brunch and comes back out at 2:03 and as we're ordering says brunch is over. The manager ends up extending it but obviously the kitchen didn't want to serve brunch anymore because our food was burnt and tasteless and missing items while we get the same items every brunch so we'd know. The manger ends up comping one of the meals but I saw him having a laugh and head shake after speaking with us with a waitress while gesturing towards our table could be nothing but as a manager let's have a little bit of courtesy and professionalism in the workplace at least away from customers you've just had an issue with. The waitress was nice but I barely saw her throughout the dinning experience which added stress to the situation. My only appetizing moments while dining was my tropical ginger cooler
