This is our favorite take out place in the cities. We’ve been going there over 20 years! The people that own it are lovely and work incredibly hard. The food is amazing! The fresh spring rolls are great, and #28 is perfection in a bowl! We go at least once a month! We lived in Cambodia for nearly a decade. We love Cambodian cuisine. For us, the only negative thing about Cheng Heng Restaurant is that it is about 3 1/2 hours from where we live. When we are in St Paul, we won't miss Cheng Heng Restaurant
