Chester's Cajun Grill is fantastic. The atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. We had a server working five tables at once, and she had no problem getting our food and drinks out on time, checking in with us, and getting our checks. The food is even better. My friends had ribeyes that were perfectly done, the pulled pork/chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the Mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever had. I had a sampler of side dishes, and I highly recommend the hush puppies, corn maque choux (think creamy corn succotash -- SO good), and collards (also some of the best I've ever had). I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone!
