After a walk around Ruelle des Chats, many visitors stop by this restaurant. Here, you can discover the recipes and ingredients of the French cuisine. Perfectly cooked foie gras, succulent steaks and sardine can be what you need. Do not leave without enjoying good parfait, profiteroles and chocolate cakes. It's nice to try delicious champagne, wine or bourbon. Great coffee is among the most often ordered drinks at Chez Felix.

The food was okay. The wine was good. Vibe is awesome, but food was quite hit or miss. My lamb shank had great flavor but it was tough and served with a handful of very plain baked potatoes. No sauce or flavour.

Chez Felix is a nice cozy spot in central Troyes. The decor is "modern country" and the chairs are comfortable. Which is good as you're going to be here a LONG time. We both ordered the dinner formule (3 courses) and a bottle of wine. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. I am not joking - it took ONE HOUR for our starters to come out. ONE HOUR for pate which is premade! It was plenty tasty and a large amount but the timeframe isn't cool. Our other courses lagged as well, not as bad though. In all, dinner took 2.5 hour and we were charged the ala carte price rather than the formule price. Not wanting to have to spend the night there we paid up. Maybe it was an off night?
