I usually would go to Chick-fil-a every week, it being my favorite chicken and fast food, but my experience this time wasn’t at all in words good. My cashier, his name was Gabe seemed like he just did not have the time of day. He was somewhat snobby, and seemed like he had no patience at all. I usually scan my app for rewards points towards free meals and I told him I had it and wanted to scan, which he did not and completely ignored. Then, when getting my food I bit my chicken sandwich just to find the top and bottom bun are soggy! Like it had been sitting out for hours, or like someone just put water in my bun. I’ve never had an experience like this at Chick-fil-a and i’m hoping this isn’t becoming a normal experience. Thanks!! :) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
