The St Patricks Day Buffet was overpriced. 60$ a piece for not that many buffet choices, as well as not that good quality of food. Take your 60$ and go to a brazillian steakhouse Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My recent visit to Chief O'Neill's Pub Restaurant Beer Garden left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I am compelled to share my disappointing experience through this one-star review. The series of mishaps and questionable actions that unfolded during my time at this establishment have left a lasting negative impression. To begin, I must address the alarming incident involving the male bartender. It is both concerning and suspicious that not only did he lose my credit card but also another person's credit card within a short span of 30 minutes. Such a sequence of events raises significant red flags and casts doubt on the credibility and security measures of the establishment. The mishandling of personal financial information is a serious matter that should never be taken lightly, and the fact that two individuals experienced the loss of their credit cards in such close proximity is indeed disconcerting. Moving on to the service and food quality, Chief O'Neill's Pub Restaurant Beer Garden failed to deliver in these aspects as well. The order placed by my group was not only missing items and was disregarded. We endured an excruciatingly long wait of an hour and a half, only to be met with disappointment when our order finally arrived. I specifically ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich with an upgrade to truffle fries. Shockingly, the server completely forgot about the grilled cheese and only brought the truffle fries in an attempt to mask his mistake. It was not until an hour and a half later that he informed us we couldn't just upgrade the fries. This lack of attention to detail and communication is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. It didn’t seem like we werent being heard when we asked for shot sauce and to-go boxes despite asking multiple times over 40 min time spam. My friends and I ended up helping our selves and went to the bar asking for Sriracha and to-go containers. In summary, my experience at Chief O'Neill's Pub Restaurant Beer Garden was marred by a series of unfortunate incidents that left me deeply dissatisfied. The loss of credit cards, combined with the mix-up and delay in our food order, created an atmosphere of frustration and mistrust. I am disheartened by the questionable practices and lack of attention to customer satisfaction displayed by the male bartender. As a result, I cannot recommend Chief O'Neill's Pub Restaurant Beer Garden based on my unfortunate experience.
