placed a door dash order and the dasher picked up my food and never delivered it to me. Went back and forth with door dash and chilis for 3 hours because door dash didn’t want to take accountability and chilis took care of me refunding me and still made my order for me when i got out of work. took one of the worse food experiences i’ve had to the best. i appreciate them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice part of the rural Austin area. Complete with a water side view of a pond and decently clean inside. The staff is very helpful and willing to serve your needs. Price per person: $10–20

2 months ago Both orders were supposed to have rice. Instead they gave us broccoli that wasn't steamed. Totally raw.. What I thought I was ordering was in the second photo. Poor effort.. I said it doesn't have tomatoes in it. I know I made it myself". and we're showing him that it is made with enchilada sauce which does have tomato paste in it and he says "well we changed our recipe here," "I got to get back to the kitchen we're about to close and I got to get out of here." We explained but you dealing with someone who has a severe allergy to tomatoes!!!!..... He might as well pretty much told our guest to die in the corner quietly somewhere so she don't block the aisle so he can finish cleaning up the restaurant and get out of there as quick as possible! this all took place at 9:04 p.m. he dismissed that it was an issue, we requested to see the ingredients on the enchilada sauce that was used he refused and caught an attitude when I said I would call corporate
