Such a fun spot. After originally thinking it was a fusion restaurant, we found out it’s really two separate concepts with two separate kitchens all in the same space. We had the queso which was fantastic, then some noodles, dim sum and tacos. It was all so delicious. The aqua fresca was also very refreshing and tasty. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip and try more of the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Queso Fundido

I had an incredible experience at China Poblano. The manager Eduardo was exceptional, showing impeccable service and personalized attention. Additionally, the chef took the time to greet us at the table, which was a much appreciated gesture. The food was delicious, with dishes that combined the best of Chinese and Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent service and delicious food. I will definitely come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
