We have been guests at Asia Star several times now. In terms of taste, it's completely okay, but the tables were often not cleaned (plates were also left out for longer, despite there being fewer customers) and the toilets are also extremely unhygienic. The facility appears unloving and unhygienic. The main reason for the bad rating, however, is the waitress or shop owner (?) (she is almost always the only one in the shop). There were eight of us, lunchtime guests. The lady told us in a very inappropriate tone to speak quietly, even though there were eight of us talking and we were the only customers in the store. On future visits (as a couple) we were told that the shop closes early and therefore we cannot eat locally. We then ordered 'take away' until at some point we were waiting for our order - (the shop was supposed to close earlier again, so we weren't allowed to eat there) two other customers came and were allowed to sit down and eat locally. We asked the saleswoman why this wouldn't work for us. She replied in an attacking and unprofessional tone that we were too loud a few weeks ago (the situation I described above) and shouldn't have bought anything. We explained to her that from our point of view the volume was not inappropriate because it was a completely normal conversation volume in a restaurant and we had all bought something to eat and therefore couldn't understand her arguments. We didn't get a meaningful answer to that. We won't eat there again in the future because we don't find such behavior towards his customers appropriate. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm currently in Erlangen in the hotel opposite Asia Star. I asked for a dish without rice because I can't eat everything at the moment due to my health. That wouldn't work. I ask myself, given the current situation, can we still allow ourselves to have nothing going on? Well, not recommended at all for me. Apparently they don't want any new customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
