The first thing I liked about China Villa was the location. Right by the water it was just soothing. Next was their Chinese decoration. It brings out a calm earthy atmosphere. Then the food and the price. The food was delicious. The veggies were perfectly cooked not soggy or hard just firm and delicious perfectly seasoned. And for all that dining experience surprisingly they kept the price reasonable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I haven't been here since it was called Harborview. I ordered beef chow mein and shrimp fried rice, only 2 pieces of beef in the chow mein and 4 pieces of shrimp, come on get it together. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5
