Not great. Waited over an hour for substandard food but we were told 20-30 minutes when we ordered a fair bit. Mongolian Beef is supposed to be spicy with a slight crisp to the outside served with Onions and Peppers. This was a sickly sweet, glutinous brown sauce that tasted suspiciously like soy and sugar with maybe a dash of oyster sauce, a lot of onion and some other veggie things. FAIL! The Duck was dry and overcooked and did not taste good Tried to eat it but after a few mouthfuls I honestly just discretely spat it out. FAIL! The Chinese Greens and Mushrooms were limp and soft and swimming in glutinous liquid. FAIL! Some dumpling items were better than others. Rice seems ok. We asked for low salt/sugar and no MSG. Only two things make my head sweat when I eat and that is spicy chilli (I grow 7 types) and MSG. I didn’t taste anything spicy but my head still sweated. Hmmm?!?! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Harris and his family makes going to this place special. In addition, the food is yummy and very affordable! We like coming here as a family and always have a good time! Wow, we have found our new Chinese Restaurant. We have eaten at just about every Chinese restaurant in Penrith, but nothing comes close to the amazing food we had at Chinese Dumpling Dynasty tonight.
