We love this place. My partner and I couldn't wait for it to reopen after the State lockdowns due to Covid. Well it was worth the wait as we had another great leisurely afternoon lunch with great views from the spacious and light filled restaurant. The staff as always super friendly and helpful with the menu and wine choices. A really good place to order their vegetarian options as full of flavour and combination originality. We had the Crudo Fish, The Asparagus and Burrata, their delicious take on Steak Tartare as shared plate sizes and then the lovely pumpkin and yoghurt salad with a sneaky bowl of chips that comes with yummy ranch dressing. Their concept is "Planted to Plate" and it is so true. All up another really enjoyable dining experience and one that we are counting down to do again.

Fabulous meal and setting in the heart of Sydney. Service was great and the the two courses & two sides we had were perfect. Especially love the fries with the Barramundi! Next time I'll ask for a window seat.

We had a very pleasant lunch at Chiswick at the Gallery yesterday, a Christmas get together. Our table was next to the window so we had a great view, despite the grey weather. The food was delicious. We all enjoyed the Barra-masalata, beautifully presented, full of smoky flavour. I had the 'melt in your mouth' lamb shoulder so good. The staff were all informative and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. It was sad to find out that the restaurant will be closing in January. We can still go to the Woollahra venue though for a further Barra hit. A very nice way to celebrate Christmas despite COVID restrictions.

Hi Suzanne. Thank you for the great review. We are also very sad that we will be leaving the Gallery on January 17th. Although Chiswick Woollahra will be delighted that you will still visit them for your barra hit! Lol. I will pass along your comments to the wider team. We hope you can make it in one more time before we close. Have a happy and safe Christmas and New Year!
