We had a great meal at Chosun. The decor is very nice. There was a little bit of a language difficulty understanding the servers but they were very attentive. We ordered the Kot Sal which I regret purchasing. It was very expensive and while the meat was very high quality and had a lot of marbling, I discovered that I'm not really into high fat meat. It doesn't really taste that much better than regular meat and it was bland. We much rather enjoyed the marinated kalbi which was excellent. I wished they had LA kalbi. The banchan were also so high quality and delicious also so all in all, a great meal!

The experience was great here. I always love a good Korean bbq joint. It was definitely on the fancier side of ones I’ve been to. The prices were high but it’s LA so what can you expect. Get the bimibap if you’re not doing cooked meat. Our server didn’t really come back after she cooked our meat though, which was noting because my kids wanted to have dessert. We left and got gelato somewhere else instead. Lastly, the meat is what I want to comment on. It was heavily seasoned in something, making it not taste as fresh. I’m not sure how else to describe it other than that. My kids enjoyed it so all in all it was a good dinner. Chosun Galbee has to be one of the best traditional tasting Korean cold noodle places I have tried. They offer valet parking services in their restaurant parking area- your other option will be to park on the street. Walking in we were automatically greeted by the lady in the front. We were quickly seated and taken care of by the staff. Our orders came super quick and they were always on top of our needs! The cold noodles were a delicious way to start the meal while waiting for our meats to cook. Everything was amazing, so much flavor and definitely quality cuts! I also feel that their amazing rice tea needs a highlight because it's my new favorite thing!! The entire experience was amazing and the restaurant is very beautiful- whether you choose to sit inside or outside it's a beautiful ambiance.
