Best Chinese fusion food I’ve ever had. The firecracker dumplings have the most AMAZING sauce ever I could literally drink it. General Tsang’s chicken has a really crispy and good breading. The sesame chicken is good. The pad Thai was amazing! It has a really good spice level to it that matches the peanut flavor. I highly highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don’t know what happened but this place has gone downhill since the last time I came. I ordered the Sechuan Street Noodles and it was drenched in oil. Not good at all and the sauce tasted weird too. My boyfriend ordered the wonton soup and the chicken looked undercooked. Even when I went to ask for chili oil to try to improve the unbearable taste of oily noodles, I could hear the kitchen staff whispering in the background which made me reasonably uncomfortable. What happened Fan Tang? Please do better. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Hi Maria, thank you for your feedback. We haven’t changed the recipe at all for the Street noodles. As to the oil we put infused chili oil on top of the noodles once they are finished. We’ve been doing that for the past 15 years. If we were heavy-handed with this one, please accept our sincere apologies. I like to address your concern of the kitchen whispering. Just to be clear my kitchen staff talk constantly all the time and they are told to do so at a volume that does not disturb our customer since it’s an open kitchen. I assure you, they were not talking about you as it’s so loud in the kitchen that any complaint you might have voiced to the front of House would not have reached them whatsoever.
