Not only should Porter Square be visited, but also Christopher's. The recipe for success of this bar is its tasty veggie burgers, bacon and sandwiches. You can share perfectly cooked French toasts, cupcakes and bread pudding with your friends and have a good time here. Don't miss the opportunity to drink delicious draft beer, Sangria or wine. Great coffee is served at Christopher's.

The great location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Most visitors consider the staff friendly. This spot is notable for its cool service. From the guests' point of view, prices are average. At this bar, people can enjoy the cozy atmosphere and modern decor. Christopher's began attracting its guests thanks to the Zomato rating of 4.1.

I was invited to go here by Christopher's to take pictures and I really enjoyed it. It's a great spot for after work drinks or a first date. We went on a Tuesday night but it was relatively full by 7:30. It's not dead but not so cramped you're going to have to stand 3 deep at the bar and never get served-- I'm a fan of places I know I can get good, timely service in a not-too-crowded environment. We started with the Warm Pretzel Bites, which are definitely on my recommendation list-- the ale dip was out of this world and the bites were buttery and delicious. Next up were the Assorted Nachos, the Tater Tots with a Kick, and the Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese. The Taters were topped in the same delicious, tangy ale dip as served with the pretzel bites-- even though I took them home I finished them off for a midnight snack-- and the mac and cheese was creamy and yummy (and I usually am tres disappointed by restaurant mac). The nachos were just okay-- neither of us touched them much-- they were hard to eat on the small plate they were served on with the large amount of beans and guac on top with not as many chips or cheese. The drinks were all up my alley too-- the Weak in the Knees is a rendition of the traditional Bee's Knees, the Sangria, the Red Plaid Shirt (bourbon, pomegranate, and chai), and the Pumpkin Spiced Latte (espresso and chai spiked with vodka). Overall I would recommend Christopher's-- the location is super convenient right next to the Porter Sq T stop. TLDR: Order the pretzel bites, the tots, and the pork mac.
Just the worst. So many other choices for decent pub food. And the service, they need help.
Great food, great beer selection that always changes, and an excellent staff. Dan the bar manager is always on point.
